Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new functionalities.

• Provide support, troubleshooting, and improvements.

• Maintain configurations, workflows, and integrations.

• Work with stakeholders to understand and deliver requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience in the followiing modules :ISTM, CMDB, CSM, ITOM.
• Experience in ServiceNow development
• Knowledge of workflows, business rules, scripting, and integrations
• Strong problem-solving skills
• English proficiency.
