Responsibilities

• Provide application and operational support to maintain agreed service levels.
• Manage monitoring systems and alerting processes, ensuring proactive service control.
• Analyze and resolve technical and functional incidents and problems (internal and external).
• Develop tools and automation scripts to improve service management and efficiency.
• Understand and analyze application workflows, contributing to functional analysis and continuous process improvement.
• Maintain documentation and participate in on-call rotation (night support shared within the team).

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar application support roles.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• User-level experience with AIX and Linux operating systems.
• Balanced technical and functional skillset.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Shell/Bash, Python).
