Responsibilities
- Provide application and operational support to maintain agreed service levels.
- Manage monitoring systems and alerting processes, ensuring proactive service control.
- Analyze and resolve technical and functional incidents and problems (internal and external).
- Develop tools and automation scripts to improve service management and efficiency.
- Understand and analyze application workflows, contributing to functional analysis and continuous process improvement.
- Maintain documentation and participate in on-call rotation (night support shared within the team).
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar application support roles.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- User-level experience with AIX and Linux operating systems.
- Balanced technical and functional skillset.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Shell/Bash, Python).
