What you'll be doing:

• Develop and maintain Python-based agent templates, shared libraries and integration frameworks.
• Build reusable capabilities for agent orchestration, RAG, workflows and LLM integration.
• Develop platform components for LLM routing, monitoring, observability and automated evaluation.
• Collaborate with development teams, supporting integrations, reviewing implementations and promoting best practices.
• Create technical documentation, development guidelines and reusable patterns.
• Explore emerging GenAI technologies and frameworks, developing prototypes and proof of concepts.

You'll be a great match if you have:

• MSc in Software/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of professional software development experience, preferably in backend development.
• Strong Python skills, including asynchronous programming, testing and packaging.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompting, tool calling, structured outputs and RAG.
• Experience developing REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Docker, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
