Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Microsoft-based systems, ensuring stability, security, and high performance.
• Manage and support Active Directory infrastructure, including group policies, user provisioning, and access control.
• Oversee Exchange on-premises and Office 365 environments, including mail flow, mailbox management, and security configurations.
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues across Microsoft environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure infrastructure reliability and compliance.
• Support the implementation of system upgrades, patches, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• Proven experience in Microsoft systems administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Active Directory administration
  • Microsoft Exchange (on-premises)
  • Office 365 (including Exchange Online and related services)
• Eligibility for security clearance by the National Security Office (Gabinete Nacional de Segurança).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Portuguese; working knowledge of English is a plus.
