What you will do:

      • Lead client engagements by understanding business objectives, technical requirements, and project scope
      • Conduct technical assessments, risk analysis, and develop mitigation strategies
      • Contribute to scoping, effort estimation, and Statements of Work
      • Design and deliver security architectures including High/Low-Level Designs, Test Plans, and Implementation Plans
      • Deploy, configure, test, and troubleshoot Fortinet solutions on customer sites
      • Support go-live and migration phases, including on-site presence when needed
      • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for client teams
      • Manage technical escalations and collaborate with internal teams (TAC, Engineering, etc.)
      • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and timely reporting (timesheets, activity reports)
      • Continuously expand product and technology expertise through self-learning and training
      • Contribute to internal best practices, methodologies, and service improvement initiatives
      • Work closely with Sales and other service teams

You'll be a great match if you have:

    • 10+ years in network consulting, support, or administration (LAN/WAN/Internet)
    • 8+ years working with network security solutions
    • Experience in a vendor environment is essential
    • Previous consulting/professional services experience
    • Expert knowledge of NGFW and SD-WAN
    • Proficiency in at least 4 of the following: Email Security, ATP, EDR, App Security, WAF, SIEM, SDN, cloud security
    • Strong understanding of third-party security/networking tools
    • Experience with SMBs, Enterprises, or Telco/MSSP environments
    • Scripting/development skills are a plus
    • Excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and client-facing skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
    • Strong sense of ownership, customer service, and professionalism
