Responsibilities:

Customer Support & Performance Monitoring

  • Configure dashboards and reports (via Power BI or within Dynamics).

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with the client.

  • Ensure data accuracy and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Resource Availability & Scheduling

  • Set up Schedule Board, technician resources, territories, shifts, skills, and automated scheduling rules.

  • Train and support dispatchers in using the scheduling tools effectively.

Asset Management

  • Configure asset models, locations, maintenance histories, and customer associations.

Preventive Maintenance & Performance Analysis

  • Set up preventive maintenance agreements to auto-generate work orders.

  • Define maintenance rules based on time intervals or usage metrics.

  • Create alerts, automated workflows (via Power Automate), and custom reports.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.
  • Proficiency with Power BI and Power Automate.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to define and manage KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience configuring resources, schedules, assets, and maintenance contracts.
  • Excellent communication skills and client-oriented mindset.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and focused on continuous process improvement.
