• Administration and support of Microsoft SCCM/MECM and Intune
• Platform maintenance and updates for SCCM/MECM and Intune
• Troubleshooting and performance optimization
• Software distribution, security updates, and compliance policies
• Hardware and software inventory management
• Unified endpoint management (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) via Intune
• Configuration of compliance profiles and policies
• Management of MAM/MDM (Mobile Application and Device Management)
• Data protection support (Conditional Access, Defender for Endpoint)
• Custom reporting and audit support
• Integration with other security tools (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel, Intune)
• Administration of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
• Permission and group management, secure file sharing, and DLP policy configuration
• Incident resolution and handling of M365-related service requests
