Fullstack Engineer (Java/Angular)

Responsabilities:

• Resolution of challenges in UI, cloud integrations, and security
• Develop effective, scalable functionality for our application
• Collaborate closely with the small team across all stages of the development cycle
• Contribute to company strategy and participate actively in design discussions and problem-solving sessions
• For senior members it is expected that they provide guidance and mentorship to new team members, managing the technical direction of interns and remote developers
• Design high-quality software architecture and solutions for compliance automation
• Review and debug code
• Conduct validation and verification testing
• Translate business requirements into actionable tasks

Youll be a great match if you have:

• At least 3+ years of experience as a fullstack developer.
• A degree in Computer Science would be advantageous
• Extensive experience with Java (Spring), GraphQL, and Angular
• Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms is desirable
• Experience working in a modern CI/CD pipeline with a high level of automated quality control, testing, and change management (GitOps)
• Knowledge of architecture styles and design patterns
• Ability to work effectively in a small, diverse team with strong communication skills
• Experience in the compliance and/or security domain would be beneficial
• Proficiency in English
