Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into functional Dynamics 365 configurations.
• Configure core modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and others as needed.
• Define and implement workflow automations and business process flows.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure system functionality aligns with operational goals.
• Deliver scalable, user-focused solutions through system configuration rather than custom development.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar functional consulting roles.
• Over 6 years of hands-on experience working with Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Finance), including requirements gathering and system configuration.

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
    
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant
    
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Data) Specialty
