Responsibilities:

• Participate in knowledge transfer and take ownership of Agilab operations.
• Manage user access, databases, application updates, and architecture setup.
• Provide 2nd-level support, escalate issues, and ensure service continuity.
• Analyze requirements, configure applications, and write SQL queries.
• Document processes and conduct final handover to internal teams.

Requirements:

• Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems platforms (Agilab preferred).
• Solid IT background (networks, databases, deployments).
• Strong skills in SQL, ITIL, and application support.
• Familiarity with cloud tools and scientific data management.
