What you will do:
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service quality
You'll be a great match if you have:
- Previous experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role
- Comfortable working in English (spoken and written)
- Basic knowledge or experience with VMware and Linux is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and user-focused mindset
- Team player with good communication abilities
