Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure ITSM workflows and features in ServiceNow
• Implement automations and integrations with other systems
• Perform system configuration and maintenance
• Collaborate with teams using Scrum methodology
• Use tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira for task and sprint tracking

Requirements:

• Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM development
• Strong knowledge of automation and system integrations
• Familiar with configuration best practices in ServiceNow
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Proficient with Azure DevOps and Jira
• Excellent English communication skills
