Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the comprehensive establishment of SharePoint sites.
• Oversee client relationships and project management facets to guarantee punctual delivery and compliance with milestones.
• Craft and implement site maps in line with SharePoint objectives.
• Introduce User Journeys when necessary.
• Customize and tailor SharePoint sites and solutions, covering activities like library configurations and integration with external tools.
• Manage user permissions and access controls.
• Address and resolve issues, working closely with administrators for technical assistance as needed.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to meet requirements, including design elements.
• Aid in the development of launch communication strategies and content as required.
