Responsibilities:

• Test and troubleshoot across Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Dynamics 365.

• Build and validate Copilot Studio agents (declarative and custom).

• Identify and document issues related to UI, functionality, and integrations.

• Collaborate with development and product teams to suggest fixes and improvements.

• Track and manage issues using GitHub and VS Code.

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 applications.

• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and Copilot administration.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and cross-product integrations.

• Basic scripting or development background (preferred).

• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
