What you'll be doing:

      • Identify and resolve operational constraints to ensure smooth service delivery
      • Analyze operational KPIs across different teams
      • Deliver performance indicators for service reports and support responses to RFPs and proposals
      • Oversee project execution and promote continuous improvement initiatives
      • Ensure accurate SLAs and classifications within ITSM systems and reporting in Power BI
      • Monitor and control ITSM backlogs, ensuring timely resolution
      • Propose enhancements to client service catalogues
      • Support and coordinate with team supervisors and coordinators
      • Maintain close contact with clients, ensuring expectations are met
      • Manage the implementation of new operations, including risk assessment, profitability analysis, and reporting
      • Handle procurement of new services with external partners

You'll be a great match if you have:

  • Previous experience as an Operations Manager or Project Manager
  • Excellent communication and client management skills, including conflict resolution
  • Strong sense of accountability and commitment
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively
  • Skilled in producing and analyzing productivity reports (Excel, Power BI)
