Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Automation Project Management or Business Analysis

• Proven experience building automations with Microsoft Power Platform

• Hands-on experience with ERP integration and automated data flows

• Knowledge of process-mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Power BI, UiPath)

• Understanding of AI and cognitive automation (e.g., NLP, document processing, chatbots)

• Strong skills in data, system, and process mapping

• Ability to manage and report on automation roadmaps

• Background in Lean/CI methodologies (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Design Thinking)

• Experience working in Agile or Hybrid project environments

• Familiarity with scripting or low-code development for scalable automation
