IAM Team Leader

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and mentor the IAM team, managing workload, performance, and career development.
• Design and oversee IAM architecture, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, PKI, SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Manage Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management (CyberArk), and identity lifecycle processes.
• Drive IAM automation using PowerShell, Python, and ServiceNow.
• Act as the highest technical escalation point for complex identity-related incidents and ensure security, compliance, and continuous improvement.

You'll be a great match if you have: 

• 7+ years of IAM experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, IAM governance, and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect).
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk, SailPoint, PowerShell, Python, and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of PKI, Conditional Access, PIM, MFA, and Zero Trust principles.
• Microsoft Identity certification (or equivalent).
• Fluent English (B2+).
