Responsibilities:
- Manage IT demand intake, prioritization, and backlog coordination across Business Units.
- Ensure alignment, communication, and follow-up with stakeholders and IT teams.
- Support security, compliance, and governance validation for IT requests and projects.
- Track IT savings, reconciliations, reporting, and support CFO-related activities.
- Coordinate transition activities, handovers, documentation, and phase-gate governance.
- Monitor vendor contracts, renewals, and maintain the ISMS compliance calendar.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in PMO, IT Controlling, IT Operations Coordination, or similar roles.
- Experience with financial tracking, ERP reporting, or budget management (SAP is a plus).
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Fluent English required.
