Senior Platform Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support, ensuring incident, problem, and vulnerability analysis and resolution.
• Implement, migrate, administer, and support multi-technology platforms.
• Contribute to task automation and continuous improvement of internal processes and tools.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and service support materials.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure service stability and performance.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call support rotation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles (infrastructure/application support).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with IT best practice standards and frameworks such as ITIL and ISO 20000.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
• Experience in Microsoft platform administration, including Active Directory.
