Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line application support, ensuring incident resolution and problem management.
  • Monitor and manage service levels, implementing monitoring solutions to improve service control and reliability.
  • Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and tools.
  • Develop scripts and tools to support service management and task automation.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams and maintain up-to-date documentation and support materials.
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call support rotation.


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in application support (2nd/3rd line).
  • Strong functional analysis and troubleshooting skills.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL/MySQL and experience writing queries.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash/KSH, Python, Perl).
  • Understanding of Ethernet networks (TCP/IP) and REST APIs.
  • Experience working with UNIX/Linux operating systems
