Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and operate highly available Kubernetes clusters
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or Crossplane
• Manage hybrid connectivity between on-prem and cloud environments
• Implement Kubernetes security best practices (RBAC, network policies, secrets)
• Build observability solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK
• Integrate CI/CD and GitOps workflows (Argo CD, GitHub Actions, Atlantis)
• Lead application and platform migrations from OKD to GKE/k0s

Requirements:

• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE, 3+ years managing production Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes internals and troubleshooting
• Experience with containers (Docker, containerd, Podman)
• Scripting skills (Python, Go, or Bash)
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift (OKD)
