Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow IRM solutions and workflows
• Configure data models, approvals, notifications, and role-based access controls
• Automate compliance processes using Flow Designer and workflows
• Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs for compliance monitoring
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, architects, and development teams
• Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, integrations, business rules, UI policies, and Flow Designer
• Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) are a plus
• Strong English communication skills and experience working in agile teams
