A well-established commercial landscape services company is seeking an experienced Landscape Production Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure project efficiency, and lead a high-performing team.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all production activities and crew performance

• Oversee scheduling, training, and safety compliance

• Track productivity, budgets, and job costs

• Support software implementation and usage (Aspire or similar)

• Coordinate between sales and operations

• Manage purchasing, equipment, and fleet maintenance

Requirements (Optional)

Requirements

• 10+ years in landscape production or operations

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Experience with production planning and client relations

• Knowledge of safety standards and training practices

• Proficiency with productivity or job management software

• Excellent communication and time management

Schedule

• Monday to Friday

• Occasional weekends as needed
