Senior Software Product Manager

 Job Description:

Who We Are

We're redefining how industries harness data-driven insights to solve complex challenges. With roots in advanced analytics and cutting-edge technology, we're now expanding into the insurance sector — and we're looking for the right person to help lead the charge.

Who You Are

You're a seasoned insurance professional with 12–15 years of experience in underwriting, pricing, and/or claims — and you've crossed over into the product world. You understand insurance operations from the inside out, you're fluent in risk modeling and index creation, and you know how to translate complex domain knowledge into software that actually gets built and used. You thrive in fast-moving environments, love working across teams, and can hold your own in a room with engineers, data scientists, and C-suite stakeholders alike.

What You'll Do

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for our insurance-focused solutions
  • Identify opportunities to transform underwriting, pricing, and claims with AI-powered tools
  • Work closely with engineering, data science, and design to take products from concept to launch
  • Run fast experimentation cycles — rapid prototyping, market validation, and iteration
  • Structure product requirements for insurance risk models and indexes
  • Identify third-party data partners to enrich our datasets
  • Serve as the primary bridge between insurance clients, internal teams, and leadership
  • Partner with marketing and sales on go-to-market strategy and client engagement

Requirements

  • 12–15 years in underwriting, pricing, and/or claims with proven product management experience at both insurance and software companies
  • Hands-on experience with geospatial and climate datasets (ERA5, CHIRPS, BOM) for index design and validation
  • Deep knowledge of risk modeling, index creation, and basis risk minimization
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and data analytics platforms
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
  • Background in AI technologies, geospatial analysis, or agriculture is a strong plus

What's in it for You

  • Base salary of $175,000–$200,000, commensurate with location and experience
  • 40% annual bonus tied to Management by Objectives (MBOs)
  • Equity participation
  • Full benefits package
  • Fully remote

If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you — apply today.
