We're recruiting a Portuguese speaking Customer Support Representative in Athens with a relocation package,

to advise clients in one of these fields : Social Media , Telecommunication , Streaming platform , Automotive , Online Bank , Financial Services , Electrical Goods , New Technology , Fashion etc depending on the projects available.

Your Role

  • Provide customer service in Portuguese via telephone (incoming/outgoing calls), email or chat.
  • Use English when necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
  • Handle customer complaints by proposing appropriate solutions within the given deadlines.
  • Work with other experts to resolve open cases.
  • Maintain and update internal systems.
  • Specific tasks will be discussed depending on the position selected.

Your qualifications

  • Level C1 minimum in Portuguse and intermediate in English (B2) - Mandatory.
  • High school diploma - Mandatory.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in customer support, online or in person, is desirable.
  • Resourceful and stress-resistant personality, able to adapt and remain calm in all situations.
  • Passport/Identity card from a European country or resident card in Greece.
