The Hungry Tarpon Restaurant of Islamorada is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a passion for cooking and an ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe and plating specifications
• Ensure that food is cooked in a timely manner and is of high quality
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Line Cook in a professional kitchen
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be able to commute or relocate to Islamorada, Florida
