UX/UI Designer

About the role :

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who excels at creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually stunning interfaces. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders, to design user-centric solutions that enhance our digital products.

Responsibilities:

• Create exceptional high-fidelity UI designs, illustrations, icons, and style guides that reflect our brands visual identity.
• Establish and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring consistency across products and platforms.
• Plan and conduct user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys, etc.) understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Continuously refine processes to improve the efficiency, quality, and impact of the design teams work.
• Work closely with content writers to ensure that copy, tone, and information hierarchy support the overall user experience.
• Assuming responsibility for our mobile and web apps UX writing.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, 2+ years in a SaaS product-driven environment.
• Experience working on enterprise-scale digital products or in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards, localization, and designing for global audiences.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end design efforts, from concept to launch, on complex digital products.
• Expert proficiency in design tools like Figma, AND Adobe XD.
• Strong graphic design skills.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and responsive design principles.
• Experience in building and maintaining design systems.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar.
• Experience in information architecture, ensuring complex content is structured intuitively.
• Self-motivated and organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or familiarity with front-end frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes.
