We seeking a Senior Paralegal with High Court Experience to commence ASAP 


  1. Administrative Support:

    • Assist lawyers with all administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and faxes.
    • Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible and properly stored.
  2. Legal Document Preparation:

    • Draft and format legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements, under the guidance of attorneys.
    • Proofread and edit legal documents for accuracy, grammar, and consistency.
    • File and serve legal documents in accordance with court rules and deadlines.
  3. Client Communication:

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and providing updates on case status as needed.
    • Coordinate client meetings, conferences, and depositions, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
  4. Research and Case Support:

    • Conduct legal research using online databases, libraries, and other resources to support attorneys in case preparation and strategy.
    • Compile and organize case materials, exhibits, and evidence for use in hearings, trials, and meetings.
  5. Billing and Timekeeping:

    • Assist with timekeeping and billing activities, including entering billable hours and expenses into the billing system.
    • Prepare and distribute client invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with billing guidelines.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent advantageous 
  • Previous experience as a paralegal secretary or legal assistant in a law firm setting is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
