WORKSHOP FOREMAN

Location: Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), Eastern Cape

Salary: R30,000 – R35,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:

• Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician – recognised trade test essential.
• Minimum 5 years' post-trade experience.
• Proven Workshop Foreman experience within a franchised motor dealership.
• Strong technical diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
• Experience managing workshop productivity, technician performance and quality control.
• Previous exposure to high-volume passenger vehicle brands.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver's licence.
