Monarch Mental Health Group (MMHG) is a psychiatrist-led Australian provider offering early access to innovative treatments for depression, anxiety, and related conditions. Role Overview

  • Serve as a point of escalation for Human Resources tasks delegated by the Director of Clinical Services, Clinical Compliance Manager, and other relevant staff.
  • Creating and advertising job vacancies
  • Reviewing applications and shortlisting candidates
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews
  • Conducting reference checks
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Coordinating mandatory training requirements
  • Completing employee compliance checks (e.g. AHPRA registration, WWCC, First Aid, etc.)
  • Coordinating credentialing for doctors and therapists
  • Supporting performance review processes
  • Managing offboarding processes for exiting employees
  • Scheduling rosters and attending to daily rostering requirements
  • Undertaking any other reasonable duties as directed by the Director of Clinical Services and General Manager

Communication & Collaboration

  • Foster a collaborative working environment across clinical and operational teams
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, promoting synergy and alignment of goals
  • Coordinate with Operations, Finance, IT, and other departments to support integrated service delivery

Quality, Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with NQSPCH standards, MMHG policies, and legal/ethical requirements
  • Support accreditation preparedness, policy development, and mandatory training planning

Other Responsibilities

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and protect sensitive information
  • Model MMHG values and contributes to achieving its mission and vision
  • Assist with clinical compliance tasks in collaboration with Senior Clinicians, including risk register maintenance and variance resolution
