As we continue to expand our footprint, we're seeking a motivated and analytical FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and provide insights that help shape strategic and operational decisions.

Role Purpose:

To identify and research potential medical centre business acquisition targets and produce a weekly research report for outbound specialists, enabling informed and efficient initial engagement with business owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Using a master targets spreadsheet, conduct desktop research to identify potential medical centre acquisition targets, focusing on medium and large medical centre prospects in metropolitan locations.

  • Research and verify ownership and control of target medical centre businesses.

  • Identify and collate contact details for business owners.

  • Compile high-level business intelligence and prepare structured summaries for outbound specialists.

  • Produce and distribute a weekly Excel-based research report.

  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all reported data.

Key Information Provided to Outbound Specialists:

  • Number of medical centres operated by each business.

  • Billing model (bulk billing, mixed billing, or private billing).

  • Business owner(s) and ownership structure (where identifiable).

  • Contact details for business owner(s).

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong desktop research and data validation capability.

  • High attention to detail and data integrity.

  • Ability to structure and present information clearly in Excel.

  • Familiarity with the Australian primary healthcare sector (desirable).
