Key Responsibilities
Invoicing & Revenue Support
- Raise customer invoices in line with approved contracts, pricing schedules, and milestones
- Maintain invoice records and resolve discrepancies with internal stakeholders
- Support revenue cut-off and month-end reconciliation processes
- Maintain customer data and monitor customer balances and prepare ageing reports
Accounts Payable & Supplier Management
- Record all accounts payable documentation using the computerised accounts payable system
- Ensure GST is accurately reflected in the accounts – check invoices, review reports for possible duplicate payments, check supplier GST and ABN registration status, allocate correct codes, follow up no tax invoice transactions and keep abreast of GST legislation and Cruxs policies.
- Assist with the production of EFT payments including verification of proposed payments before processing EFT payments
- Reconcile creditor statements to Cruxs records and liaise with creditors to obtain information in respect of unpaid accounts
- Create & Modify – Procedures Manual and workflow notes
- Match invoices to purchase orders and approvals
- Manage supplier queries and statement reconciliations
- Maintain supplier master data and payment schedules
Cash and Treasury
- Receive all monies paid to the Crux, prepare receipting for EFT/Direct Payments, ensure balances agree with the bank statement.
- Manage Crux Credit Cards, including codding, reconciling and allocation of financial transactions relating to it.
Payroll Support
- Assist in payroll inputs and reconciliations (timesheets, allowances, leave)
- Support payroll processing in collaboration with external payroll providers
- Reconcile and prepare payroll journals, superannuation, PAYG, and leave balances
- Assist with payroll audits and statutory reporting requirements

Systems & Tools
- Accounting systems (e.g. Xero or equivalent)
- Experience in the use of soft skills relating to finance functions, including advanced Microsoft Excel
- Approval and expense management systems
Key KPI
- Accurate and timely processing of invoices, bills, and payments
- Clean reconciliations with minimal aged items
- Strong audit trails and compliance readiness
- Reduced operational burden on senior finance leadership
Skills & Experience
- 3–4+ years experience in accounting or finance operations
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Understanding of invoicing, AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliations
- High attention to detail and process discipline
- Professional, discreet, and trusted with confidential information
