Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide back-office customer service support for clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH).
- Handle sales administration tasks, including order entry and coordination with logistics.
- Enter and manage all customer orders accurately in Oracle.
- Validate pricing and ensure order accuracy prior to processing.
- Provide customer support to distributors Rossittis, Risse, and AMC.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding or overdue client payments within the DACH region.
- Support claim handling and after-sales service requests.
- Assist the Sales Team with administrative and Salesforce-related support.
- Communicate general updates to clients, including new products, discontinued items, projects, and team changes.
- Manage ordering and follow-up of samples and marketing tools.
Required Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, sales administration, or back-office support roles.
- Experience handling order processing, invoicing, and customer coordination.
Minimum Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
A Successful Candidate Must Have
- Strong customer focus with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple client requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional communication skills and strong coordination abilities.
Proficient With
- Oracle ERP system.
- CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Order management, pricing validation, and logistics coordination.
Experience Advantage
- German language proficiency (spoken and written).
- Experience supporting distributors or international clients.
- Background in after-sales service, claims handling, or logistics coordination
