Bar Scheduler (On-site, Morning Shift)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage allocated projects to confirm job requirements, priorities, and timelines
• Interpret structural and architectural drawings to generate bar lists, cutting lists, and bending schedules for production
• Coordinate production schedules in line with internal lead times and team requirements
• Work collaboratively with the team to resolve drawing, scheduling, or production issues
• Identify and propose practical production or product solutions, negotiating changes where required
• Maintain accurate job records, documentation, and drawings throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide estimating support and technical guidance to customers
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including customers, sales, production, and planning teams
• 3D modelling would be a huge benefit but not essential

A Successful Candidate Must Have

• Strong ability to interpret structural drawings and reinforcement details
• Experience in bar scheduling, cutting lists, and bending schedules
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in construction, rebar detailing, or structural drafting is highly preferred
