About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in building positive relationships and ensuring their satisfaction by addressing their inquiries and resolving their concerns. Your day-to-day tasks will involve:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, etc.
  • Providing accurate and helpful information about our products, services, and policies
  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing quote requests, job requests, payments, Invoicing, quoting, tasks, quote follow ups, overdue account follow-ups, maintaining client portals, Franchise Partner and client enquiries and requests, etc.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records
  • Escalating complex issues to supervisors or other departments when necessary

Work Setup

  • Monday to Friday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm
