Contracting

• CCIP / NOA
• CCIP enrollment follow up with subs
• Subguard Red Flag Checklist
• W-9
• COI
• Send contracts via docusign

Subcontractor Billing

• Lien Releases
• Sub tier lien releases
• Sub billing outreach
• Certified payroll (IF APPLICABLE)

Subcontractor Change Orders

• Send change orders via docusign
• Execute in procore

Bid Support

• Take-offs
• Trade outreach

Submittals

• Create submittal log
• Submittal outreach to subs

RFIs

• Tag RFIs to g drive set of plans

Document Control

• Overlay Drawings
• Slipsheet Drawings

Safety

• Monthly manhour summary

Software needs

• Procore
• Microsoft Office
• Bluebeam
