About the role

Are you a strategic HR leader who knows how to balance people, performance, and culture in a fast-paced BPO environment? Shore360 is looking for a Head of People & Culture to lead and elevate our HR function - someone who can think big, act decisively, and build a workplace where people genuinely thrive.

Your Leadership Scope

You will lead and unify key people functions through a strong leadership team, including:

• Senior HR Manager
• Employee Engagement Team Leader
• Health & Wellness Manager

Your mission is to align these pillars into one cohesive People & Culture strategy that drives performance, wellbeing, and retention.

What You'll Do:

• Set and drive the overall People & Culture strategy aligned with business objectives
• Strengthen leadership capability across all levels of the organization
• Champion employee engagement, retention, and organizational health
• Oversee HR operations, compliance, and best practices within the BPO space
• Build scalable programs across talent development, wellbeing, and culture
• Partner closely with executive leadership on workforce planning and growth

What We're Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in HR within the BPO or shared services industry
• Strong background in managing senior HR leaders and multiple HR functions
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
• Deep understanding of employee engagement, organizational development, and labor practices
• Confident communicator who can influence at all levels
