Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with intermediate knowledge of Excel to join our team. This role is purely focused on data entry and data analysis, requiring accuracy, efficiency, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases.
- Perform data analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
- Scrub and clean data for conversion into the required file formats.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage records efficiently.
- Generate reports and assist with data-related tasks as needed.
- Ensure data confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Preferably someone with intermediate knowledge of Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to analyze and validate data for consistency.
- Experience in scheduling patients and data scrubbing is a plus.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
