About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Revenue Operations Specialist to manage, optimize, and enhance our Salesforce instance, with a strong focus on revenue reporting, system configuration, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will combine deep Salesforce expertise with strong problem-solving skills and a mindset for process improvement. Experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Problem Solving & Coding
Manage complex aspects of Salesforce related to revenue reporting, forecasting, and integration with NetSuite
Develop dashboards and reports to provide clear visibility into revenue metrics
Troubleshoot and creatively solve technical challenges in Salesforce
Configuration
Optimize Salesforce configuration to leverage default functionality before implementing customizations
Build out underutilized parts of the system (e.g., territories, account plans, opportunity teams)
Implement and maintain standard integrations, including DocuSign and Outreach
Ensure alignment between Salesforce processes and business requirements
Maintenance & Administration
Maintain and update Salesforce customizations as systems and dashboards evolve
Own the end-to-end configuration of custom workflows, automation, and user interfaces
Manage larger administrative tasks such as territories, targets, and overall data coherence
Ensure dashboards, reports, and system functionality are accurate, up-to-date, and actionable
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer
Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and best practices
Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, automation, and integrations
Knowledge of Revenue Operations (RevOps) processes is a plus
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
