Roles and Responsibilities

• Interpret construction methodologies and project programs and convert them into cmBuilder simulations or Construction BIM models for tender and construction phases.
• Develop, maintain, and coordinate BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Attend weekly tender and coordination meetings via Microsoft Teams.
• Perform model coordination and participate in clash detection reviews.
• Analyze clash detection results and prepare detailed clash reports with recommended resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal project teams, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project specifications, and company drafting standards.
• Maintain accurate document control and version management of BIM models and project documentation.
• Assist in producing high-quality shop drawings and technical documentation that comply with project and industry standards.
• Review models and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before project submission.
• Support continuous improvement of BIM workflows, modelling standards, and project delivery processes.
• Perform other BIM and project coordination tasks as required.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in BIM implementation, preferably on commercial vertical construction projects.
• Experience producing and coordinating BIM models throughout various project stages.
• Experience with model coordination and clash detection workflows.
• Experience interpreting BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and project documentation.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, BIM, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of BIM methodologies, standards, protocols, and workflows.
• Knowledge of construction documentation and project coordination processes.

• Strong understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within project teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient With

• BIM software and model management platforms.
• Microsoft 365 (particularly Excel and Microsoft Project).
• Document management systems.
• BIM data management systems.

Experience Advantage

• Experience using cmBuilder.
• Experience with cmBuilder construction simulations.
• Experience in Construction Site Methodology.
• Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for model coordination and clash detection.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and analytics tools.
• Experience on commercial vertical construction projects.
