Position Overview

  • The Sales Administrator Support is engaged to provide contracts assistance, payment assistance and general portfolio support to Sales Administrators.

  • Sales Administrator Support TL
  • Finance Training Xpert

  • Sales Administrator

  • Sales Admin & Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing daily New Cons.
  • Processing daily Uncons.
  • Processing daily Settlements.
  • Processing payments including post-settled, terminated, and withdrawn.
  • Processing any other adhoc payments requested by SA's.
  • Entering data for monthly Sub-Recoveries.
  • Entering daily data entry into Agent Xero files.
  • Contract Requests.
  • Contract Submissions.
  • Pre-Settlement audits.
  • Vendor bank details requests.
  • Categorising and filing in mailbox
  • Daily audit of trello boards
  • Daily chasing conditions
  • Any additional tasks or support as required from SA's.

Key Competencies

Accuracy:
  • Creating 'How to Guides' upon learning and taking on new tasks and saving them to a central location for future training requirements.
  • No re-work required on unconditional workings (unless because of information not previously communicated by relevant parties prior to processing).
  • No re-work required on settlements (unless because of information not previously communicated by relevant parties prior to processing).
  • No re-work required on contract submissions and all parties emailed in a timely and correct manner
  • Ensure that the UrbanX process is followed in all tasks.
Timing:
  • All payments to be processed within required time frames. Target is processing within 1 day of settlement.
  • Ensuring daily inbox is managed and left with minimal emails at COB.
  • Ensure all required contract tasks are completed and meeting all required deadlines.

Work Set-up

  • Clark Office-Based
  • Monday to Friday, 6:00AM - 3:00PM
