Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience processing overseas invoices and has previously worked with UK, Australian, or US-based companies. This role requires strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and good proficiency in Microsoft tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including overseas invoices
  
• Ensure accurate and timely invoice coding, validation, and payment processing
  
• Maintain proper records and documentation for all payable transactions
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Experience in processing overseas or international invoices
  
• Previous experience working with UK, Australian, or US companies is preferred
• Basic to moderate accounting knowledge
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
