Job Description:

• Responsible for forecasting product demand, analyzing sales trends, and ensuring optimal inventory levels to support business operations. This position collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Production, and Finance to align demand forecasts with supply capabilities and business targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop, analyze, and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales inputs.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions to minimize variances.
• Adjust forecasts based on promotions, seasonality, product launches, and market conditions.
• Work closely with Procurement and Production to ensure sufficient stock availability.
• Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory and recommend action plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Inventory Management.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel (Advanced level preferred).
• Experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, etc.) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
