Key Responsibilities

DWG Preparation

• Clean up and finalise DWG and PDF drawings for both quoting and order stages.

• Trace Nearmap imagery and utilise Moasure to create accurate base plans for designers.

• Ensure final dwgs are ready and aligned with company drafting standards.

Quoting Support (Fitness Projects)

• Site and layout plans

• Bills of Materials (BOMs)

• Render preparation files

• Presentation documentation

Support project progression from fitness equipment into playground projects as capability grows.

Order Documentation

• Prepare order documentation for production on fitness projects, including:

• HOPs (Holes on Poles)

• CSV files for ERP System

• Screenshots for Production

• Site and layout plans

Support project progression from fitness equipment into playground projects as capability grows.

Presentation Support

• Assist the design team with tender presentations when workloads are high.

• Inserting plans and renders into templates

• Fill in project details in template

• Align colour schemes from renders to colour schedules

Continuous Improvement & Downtime Tasks

During quieter periods, responsibilities include:

• Updating standard drawings in vault library.

• Improving and maintaining templates presentations.

• Assisting with documentation procedures and workflow improvements.
