The Role
As a Paralegal Manager, you'll lead our Philippines team while working as a senior paralegal, ensuring our legal support operations run efficiently and our team consistently performs at a high standard. You'll develop people, drive accountability, and act as the trusted Leader of our Philippines office and the key link between our Philippines and Australian leadership teams

You Will

• Lead, coach, inspire and develop our Philippines paralegal team.

• Allocate work, monitor productivity and maintain high performance standards.

• Train and mentor team members in our legal processes and systems.

• Complete senior paralegal work and assist our lawyers with all aspects of case preparation.

• Review work to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and proactively communicate issues and solutions to our Australian leadership team.

• Foster a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture.

• Play a key role in delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.

What We're Looking For

• Proven and demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing a team within a professional services or legal environment.
• Confident holding team members accountable while fostering a positive and supportive team culture.
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly master new systems and processes.

• High level of ownership, initiative and problem-solving ability.

• Positive, professional and genuinely passionate about helping others succeed.
