Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell courses to prospective students, meeting the targets set by the team leader.
 - Utilize leads effectively and maintain a positive conversion rate.
 - Create brand awareness and a positive brand image among prospective students.
 - Possess a good understanding of product information and provide effective counseling to handle student queries.
 - Customize the sales pitch according to customer behavior and requirements.
 
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to handle complex sales situations.
 - Proficiency in presentation, probing, negotiation, and relationship building.
 - Business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
 - Expertise in counseling and selling.
 
Graduate qualification.
- 1-6 years of corporate/B2C inside sales/outbound sales experience, with hands-on knowledge of the sales cycle.
 - Excellent communication, counseling, and selling skills.
 - Basic knowledge of presenting, promoting, and selling online services.
 - Multilingual abilities, with proficiency in 2-3 languages. Communication in Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada languages is an added advantage.
 - Working knowledge of MS Office.
 - Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
 - Ability to work well within a sales team.
