About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the HR department with recruitment, employee engagement, data management, and general HR administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings and screening candidate profiles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires.
- Maintain HR databases and employee records.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and events.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to team goals.
