  • Prepare and format project-related documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Support project managers in tracking project progress and deliverables.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for project team members.
  • Assist in managing project expenses, invoices, and budget tracking.
  • Coordinate and distribute project-related correspondence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain a neat and organized workspace and filing system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience (X+ years) in administrative or secretarial roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
