As a Specialist in Business Analysis, your primary responsibility will be to analyze and evaluate business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement, recommend solutions, and implement changes. The following are some of the key job responsibilities and required skills for this role:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, and translate them into technical specifications for IT teams to execute.
- Analyze data and perform research to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for business process optimization.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and document processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for business processes, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies or software to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business solutions.
- Support and troubleshoot systems and processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Knowledge of NCR and Aloha POS systems, including configuration and troubleshooting.
- Strong experience with Workday and JIRA for issue tracking, project management, and business analysis.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies for software development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills.
