Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SCM Consultant with 4+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, and order management. The ideal candidate should be able to provide our clients with expert advice and guidance in order to optimize their supply chain and order management processes.

Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze existing supply chain processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop solutions to improve them. 
  • Implement best practices for order management, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable solutions to meet their needs. 
  • Provide support in the development and implementation of supply chain and logistics strategies. 
  • Monitor supply chain performance metrics and recommend appropriate actions to improve performance. 
  • Manage and maintain supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on SCM and order management processes. 
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our offerings.

Requirements: 

  •  Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field. 
  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, and order management
  • Proven experience in implementing SCM and order management processes and systems. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
